1. All participants (students, parents, teachers) must sign and return the Perfect North Waiver to school by Wednesday, February 2. 

2. All students must sign and return the IH District Permission Form to school by Wednesday, February 2.

3. Cost: $20 per participant.  Cash or check made payable to IHPTO.  Return to school by Wednesday, February 2.

4. PITM Winterfest will follow all district and federal Covid requirements, including requiring masking on the buses.

 

💦  Sign up to donate water bottles here! Tubing is hard work.  Please donate 8oz mini water bottles for our thirsty participants.  Water bottles may be dropped off at the High School February 7-10 or brought to Perfect North Tubing Area on February 11. 💦
