SUBJECT: Indian Hill PTO January News!

PTO January Updates

Dear ,

We've managed to reach the end of January finally (isn't it the longest month?). One good thing is that we have come back to events in a BIG way!

Trivia on the Hill was truly a fantastically fun gathering of parents, administrators, and teachers across the district. The "Trivia through the Decades theme" was embraced with costumes, props and general whimsical attitudes. We also appreciate so many of you engaging in the online auction. The funds raised set us up well for forthcoming requests across the schools that are outside of normal planned PTO programming.

The Global Cultural Celebration Week at the ES was well executed as usual. Thanks to the chairs and everyone covering the culture booths. This was a wonderful follow-up to the successful Global dinner in November.

Before the month is up, the 4th graders will participate in Pioneer Days, a rite of passage and one of the most loved educational immersion events at IH.

I do hope you all have good plans to enjoy the long break from February 16th - 22nd.

Heather Bennett

PTO President

Trivia on the Hill

Thanks to our generous community, we raised $13K from our online auction- a more detailed breakdown will be shared in our next communication. All proceeds will go into the PTO Capital Grants account to fund innovative and creative opportunities that enrich the IH student experience. Thank you again for supporting a great event for our district!

Kroger Community Rewards

We are grateful to everyone who has linked their Kroger Plus card to our organization through the Kroger Community Rewards Program! These funds help cover PTO operating costs.

Once you link your card to IH PTO [organization number JH379] all you have to do is shop and swipe your Shopper's Card to support PTO.

A digital account is needed to participate in Community Rewards. If you already have a digital account, you will need to ensure you have a Plus Card linked to your account. Then, go here and select IH PTO as your organization.

Double-check that your account is linked, it only takes a moment and it really does help! THANK YOU!
