Permission Slip – unfortunately, we can’t use the same permission slip that you likely already signed and returned because it says “Perfect North” and we must be accurate. A NEW PERMISSION SLIP WILL BE EMAILED FROM THE SCHOOL MONDAY – IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. YOU WILL SIGN THIS ELECTRONICALLY AND QUICKLY. We are down to DAYS, not weeks. We don’t have time for the paper to be lost in the bottom of book bags. THE FORM WILL BE COMING ELECTRONICALLY FROM SCHOOL ON MONDAY!  Every student must have a signed permission slip to go on this fun outing, so please be on the lookout!
